Early-ID Hi-Performer™ Interview Methodology

A financial services firm had very high turnover of newly minted agents.
Their goal was to increase the productivity of new hires and reduce turnover.  Using a proprietary method, Guide interviewed the most successful agents and those who were not doing well.  We examined the life experiences, attitudes, beliefs and motivators that differentiated the two groups.  After examining the patterns, Guide discovered the key themes, developed positive and negative indicators.  Next we created a two-track set of interview questions designed to reveal the “real” candidate’s predilection compared to the success requirements.

 

The result has been a significant increase in the sales of new hires.
