Les Woller

Mr. Woller is co-founder of Guide Consulting and president of Woller & Associates Consulting, Inc. The focus of his practice is executive assessment and coaching and he provides consulting services in the selection of and development of leaders. In addition to his private practice, he is an associate of Lominger Limited, Inc., the developers of the Leadership Architect series of products. Since completion of naval service, Mr. Woller has accumulated 30 years of business and management experience, including profit and loss responsibility. He has a diverse background in many management environments.

Prior to joining Battelle, Mr. Woller worked in a variety of increasingly responsible professional and managerial positions for high technology medical devices, mining machinery, oil, and gas production, and financial services. He has designed human resources information systems, compensation programs, performance appraisal processes, and conducted organizational audits. Most recently, he has worked in the areas of leadership, executive coaching, executive selection, change management, team development, and organizational development.

In addition, Mr. Woller has designed succession-planning processes, utilized feedback instruments, developed organizational improvement techniques, designed and managed executive selection processes, and designed and delivered executive education, development experiences, and provided executive coaching. He has initiated processes that integrate total quality and human resource management. Mr. Woller has also worked at General Electric Medical Systems, Envirotech Corporation, and COBE Laboratories.
