 In addition to being an associate of Guide Consulting, Jim is president of The Whittaker Group, a consulting and training firm focusing on information technology, logistics management, strategic planning and performance management including the balance scorecard. He is the author of seven books including Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993, the Balanced Scorecard and President's Management Agenda. Jim, a retired US Navy Rear Admiral, consults at senior levels of federal government. He serves on the board of directors of several private companies. |
